The following general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship resulting from the contracting processes carried out between users of the website https://mariscadora.es, owned by COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L., with CIF B36002798. You can view the company's tax details in the "Company Data".
The website owner provides users with the email: sugerencias@mariscadora.es for any queries about the General Terms and Conditions, as well as a customer service phone line at +34 986 50 09 02, which will be available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00.
Customers and/or users accept the General Terms and Conditions from the moment they register on this website, use it, or purchase any product through it.
1. APPLICABLE LAWS
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law, specifically to the following regulations:

2. CONTRACTING TERMS
These general terms of sale apply to any inquiry or order made through the website https://mariscadora.es (hereinafter referred to as "online store"). The Customer's order confirmation implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale.
The Customer affirms they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to freely and voluntarily make purchases over the internet.
Purchases made through this website are valid from any territory.
3. PRODUCTS
The product offerings presented through the online store aim to accurately reflect the characteristics of the products, providing information on their composition (ingredients, type of preserve, net/drained weight, etc.) as well as additional information (nutritional values, extraction area, etc.).
The Customer declares that they are aware of the content, measurements, forms, and arrangement of the Products that comprise their order according to the specifications expressed in the online store.
4. PRICING AND TAXES
The price of each Product offered in the online store includes Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs vary depending on the purchase amount, the product purchased, and the destination:
Shipping costs for delivery within mainland Spain:
For orders below €100, the shipping cost will be €6.05 (including VAT).
For orders above €100, shipping will be free.
Shipping costs for delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or other destinations within Europe will be quoted directly via sugerencias@mariscadora.es.
5. PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
Access: Visit the online store and browse the products using the various sections or the search engine. For more detailed information, click on the "Product Details" button. If interested, click “Add to Cart”. Continue shopping or click “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize your purchase.
Cart: Add products to your cart, adjust quantities, or remove items. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize your purchase.
Identification: If you are a registered user, enter your email and password and click “Log In”.
Data verification and payment method: Review your cart details, billing address (modifiable via “edit my data”), shipping address (modifiable via “Billing Information”), and select your payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: Payments via card are processed securely by BANCO DE SANTANDER. Card details are protected from the moment they are entered. If the payment is denied, the order will be automatically rejected. Full payment is required before processing the order.
Purchase Confirmation: Read the general sales conditions and, if in agreement, check the box “I have read and accept the General Sales Conditions and Privacy Policy”. Review your order details and click “Confirm Purchase” if everything is correct.
6. ORDER DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12:00 will attempt to be delivered within the following timelines:
Mainland Spain: 2 to 4 business days.
Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe: 2 to 8 business days.
If delivery cannot be met, you will be informed via email. No deliveries on weekends. COSTAS Y MIÑÁN S.L. is not liable for delays due to stock availability or transport routes.
7. ORDER RECEPTION
Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the products for any defects or discrepancies. For any non-conformities, follow the instructions in section 8.3 for returning defective products.
8. RETURNS POLICY
8.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The Customer (not a business) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery date (Withdrawal form).
8.2. Refunds in case of withdrawal: COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L. will refund the amount within 14 calendar days upon receiving the product.
8.3. Defective product returns: If a product is defective upon delivery, contact sugerencias@mariscadora.es with photos/videos for assessment.
9. INTERNET BROWSING LIABILITY
COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L. is not liable for damages (viruses, unwanted files, etc.) incurred from internet browsing.
10. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L. grants a limited license to access the website solely for viewing and purchasing products. No content modification is permitted.
11. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By registering, the Customer authorizes COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L. to process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Policy available on the website.
12. COMMUNICATIONS

14. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). If the force majeure event exceeds one month, COSTAS Y MIÑAN S.L. may cancel the order and refund payments.
15. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user's domicile.
