Our sauces are the result of a delicate artisanal process, where each ingredient is carefully selected, prioritizing quality. We work with renowned suppliers recognized for their history in the industry, creating a perfect synergy reflected in the excellence of each of our products.  

 

In the kitchen of our facilities, traditional recipes have been perfected and adapted to new market tastes, now forming an important part of the identity of “Mariscadora.”

 

Among them are:

 

  • Escabeche: subjected to a meticulous marination process to naturally absorb all the flavors of the spices, with a bay leaf and a slice of garlic added during packaging, achieving the distinctive aroma, freshness, and balance for which it is known.

  • Vizcaína Sauce: ideal for seasoning our cod, this sauce transports you to the heart of Basque cuisine, standing out for its intense tomato flavor and the quality of its peppers.

  • American Sauce: specially prepared by slowly cooking all the ingredients along with the squid, resulting in a unique essence and exquisite flavor.

  • Tomato Sauce: with a traditional sofrito, just like always, made with tomatoes from the Don Benito region (Badajoz), known for the excellent quality of its produce.

  • Scallop Sauce: a traditional recipe with a distinctive special touch from our master artisans. A delicacy to accompany scallops or mussels.

  • Ink Sauce: prepared with a base similar to Scallop Sauce, slow-cooked and enriched with a touch of ink, giving the preserve a distinctive color that never goes out of style.

  • Natural: a brine recipe with a unique aroma, designed to enhance the authentic flavor of our seafood. Pure taste of the sea in every bite.

We also cannot forget our Spanish-origin oils, both Sunflower and Olive Oil with their optimal Extra Virgin point, allowing the main product of our fish and octopus preserves to shine through.
