1- General: These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Costas y Miñán S.L., with C.I.F. number B36002798, hereinafter Marsicadora, destined for individuals. 2- Prices: The prices published in Mariscadora are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in Mariscadora. Offers on products for sale in Mariscadora will be shown in the "Offers" section if there are any or will be indicated in the product file and, unless otherwise indicated, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3- Different methods of Payment: When making the order, the client can freely choose to pay for the purchases made in Mariscadora by bank transfer or cards through PayPal. Each order will issue an invoice for which fiscal data is requested that must be provided by the client who will assume responsibility for the veracity of their data.

4- Product: The offers presented by Mariscadora are valid within the limit of available stocks. Mariscadora reserves the right to modify the assortment of products based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale have been carried out in a study on real products, color variations will depend on monitors and with the sole purpose of beautifying the presentation. 5- Shipments: The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order. By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in Mariscadora. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. 6- Return and cancellation policies

Return of merchandise: Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Mariscadora within 7 days from the date of receipt. You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased at Mariscadora, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. Within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the return, Mariscadora undertakes to refund it. Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service Department. If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Mariscadora will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.

Cancellation of order: If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of merchandise, the client will not have any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
